Isoteen fitness

Be Active! Isoteen junior fitness memberships for 8 - 19 years are available from only £19.99 per month. This includes programmed gym sessions in the new circuit gym between 4pm and 6pm and at weekends 11am - 2pm, circuit classes and unlimited swimming at public times.

The aim of Teen Fitness is to provide a quality varied service to encourage those aged 8 -16 years to become more active and educate them in the benefits of exercising and healthy eating. The children are treated in the same way as any adult member with full paying members having access to their fitness programme via the Fitlinxx exercise management system.  The membership includes the following

• FREE Induction for the Gym (this is payable by casual members)
• Fitlinxx programming (free to full paying members)
• Booked gym sessions every day 4pm – 6pm, Saturday and Sunday  -11am – 3pm
• Gym sessions during holiday periods  - 10am – 12pm.  
• Unlimited swimming in the lagoon and pools during all public sessions.
• Please note that the health Spa and Isospa changing rooms are not to be used by teen fitness members at any time.

There are monthly and annual options (through the sales team)
• Monthly parents can pay £19.99 per month with no induction charges.
• Annually parents can pay £219.89 for the year with no induction charges.
