Swim Life Intensive courses

Intensive swimming crash courses run throughout the holiday period.

Stroke clinics will concentrate and improve your child's ability to swim, progressing to the next level. Our courses range from beginners, improvers and advanced.

One to One and Stroke improvement courses can be booked through reception. Book NOW to avoid disappointment.

The perfect environment to swim lengths. The pool is at a constant depth of 1.8 metres. This pool is also the home to Bluefins Swimming Club and water polo club.

Swimming Pool Ratios

The follow ratios apply when swimming at the Aquadrome:-
Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible Adult, over the age of 16 years.

For under 4 years, the ratio of 1 Adult to 2 children under 4 year olds exists, provided each child wears the appropriate floatation devices.

For the the ratio of 1 Adult to 1 child, under 4 years of age, it is not required to use a floatation aid, although this is strongly encouraged.

Please be aware of the Swim safe ratio that exists for your swimming safety and enjoyment. Lifeguards are aware and will enforce the swimming pool ratio. Certain activities have height restrictions or require the participant to be a confident and able swimmer in deep water [2.2m water depth]
