Cancellation policy
We want to make sure that you are able to get the most out of our activity programme and ask that you follow a few simple booking guidelines
The Aquadrome maintains a Cancellation policy for visitors to make the most out of the facility. Regrettably if members or customers fail to turn up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged, at the full casual fee, for the activity.
We ask that if you book an activity which you subsequently are unable to attend you let us know in no less than advance so that we can make your space available to someone else.
