Body Combat

A high energy class that features a range of moves from martial arts and self defence disciplines

As well as getting a good cardio workout, the kicks, punches and moves will boost your strength, speed and agility.

Body Jam

Dance based workout that blends hip hop, funk and Latino sounds with the latest chart tunes

You will blast loads of calories in the class without even noticing as you will ENJOY it that much!!!!

RPM

A group cycling class to music using varied speed, resistance and style.

You will blast tons of calories in a short time but at your speed.

Body Attack

A high intensity interval training class combining aerobics, strength, endurance and core stability.

You will boost your strength, endurance and core stability as well as burning loads of calories.

Step

The class involves doing  choreographed exercises to music on a step platform

Great class for toning your legs and bum as well as blasting calories.

Stability Ball Training

A stability ball and floor based class working your core muscles

Working the core “powerhouse” is crucial to avoiding injury and sculpting strong, toned abdominals and back.

Body Balance

A class that blends mind and body moves from yoga, tai chi and Pilates to create a dynamic class set to music.

The class is a great way to sample a bit of everything and a good class if you don’t have time to do both yoga and Pilates.

Pilates

Loved by dances and celebrities alike, it’s a system of slow precise exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles.

Think longer, stronger muscles, a to-die – for waist, flat stomach and better core strength.

Aqua Aerobics/ Aquajog

Pool based, low impact aerobic and conditioning classes

A gentle workout which will boost your strength and flexibility without placing any stress on your joints.

What are BTS classes?

Body Training Systems or BTS are part of Les Mills International. Over 3 million people in 7000 clubs take part in a BTS class world wide every week.

By taking part in all BTS classes in a week will ensure that your workout program has the right mix of cardio vasuclar , resistence and flexibilty training.

All the classes receive updated programmes and music on a regular basis.
